What is Microblading?

Microblading is a semi-permanent technique for achieving fuller-looking brows with fine hair strokes, enhancing your natural eyebrow shape. This creates makeup that looks great and doesn't wash off, lasting between 1 and 2 years.
In the first session, semi-permanent colored ink is carefully scratched into the skin of your eyebrows. The process is completed in the second session by touching up any fading of color or shape, in what we like to call the perfection session, undertaken 6-8 weeks after the first session.

Does it hurt?

Firstly, we cover your brows in topical numbing cream before the procedure and throughout the process to dull any discomfort. Some clients feel pain more than others. Overall, it feels like little scratches. You do feel it, but it's not unbearable.

How long does it take?

We prefer to take our time with everyone, so we block out 2 hours per client to ensure there is plenty of time to map out the brows and proceed with the procedure. Most of the time is spent waiting for the numbing cream to work and drawing on your perfect brows; the actual process of placing the pigment into the skin is quite quick.
